Education Objectives


The educational objectives of the program have been established within the framework of increasing the quality of the education and training processes of the students who are studying in the economics program and who will graduate from the program. In this context, the educational objectives of the program include the objectives that define the roles and professional expectations that students can assume in their career planning and related fields of study after graduation and are listed as follows:

1. To provide students with the ability to understand, apply and analyze micro/macro scale national and international economic and social developments.

2. To ensure that students receive theoretical and practical training that will enable them to be employed in the private sector, public institutions and organizations as well as to have an academic career.

3. To provide students with the ability to research and inquiry with scientific methods and techniques and to raise individuals focused on sustainable development goals.

4. To provide students with the ability to think analytically, to work independently and to act in accordance with teamwork when necessary.

5. To raise students' awareness of ethical values and universal legal norms.
